2.0 Who operates this website

This website is operated by Solontio Pte. Ltd., a company established in Singapore. The website may also present information about Solontio’s affiliates, including Solontio India Private Limited, and business initiatives such as SolontioWellness. References to “Solontio”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the Solontio entity responsible for the relevant website interaction or service. Any formal proposal, statement of work, engagement letter or contract will identify the entity providing the applicable service.

3.0 Acceptance and eligibility

You may use this website only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

4.0 Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about Solontio, its people, capabilities, perspectives, events, programmes and potential business initiatives. It is intended to support awareness and preliminary business conversations. Availability of information on the website does not mean that a particular service is available in every location or suitable for every organisation.

5.0 No professional advice

Website content is general in nature and is not legal, tax, investment, financial, accounting, medical, regulatory, assurance, engineering or other regulated professional advice. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on your specific facts and jurisdiction. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions or taking action.

6.0 No client, advisory or fiduciary relationship

Accessing the website, downloading content, subscribing to insights or submitting an enquiry does not create a client, consultant, adviser, fiduciary, partnership, agency, employment or other professional relationship with Solontio. Such a relationship arises only through a written agreement signed by authorised representatives of the relevant parties.

7.0 Accuracy, currency and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, current or available at all times. Markets, laws, technologies, people, services and examples can change. We may update, suspend, withdraw or correct website content without prior notice. Dates shown on articles or legal pages should be used to assess currency.

8.0 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, diagrams, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, downloads, frameworks and page design—are owned by or licensed to Solontio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Solontio”, the Solontio logo, SolontioWellness and related brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.

9.0 Permitted use

You may view, download or print reasonable extracts of publicly available content for your own internal, non-commercial information, provided that you do not modify the content, remove notices, imply endorsement or use it in a misleading context. Any permitted copy must identify Solontio as the source and retain the relevant copyright and attribution notices.

10.0 Permissions, republication and commercial use

You must obtain prior written permission before reproducing, republishing, translating, adapting, distributing, selling, licensing, training an external model on, creating derivative commercial material from, or otherwise exploiting substantial website content. Permission requests should identify the content, proposed use, audience, territory and duration and be sent to info@solontio.com. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.

11.0 Prohibited use

You must not use the website to break any law; infringe rights; impersonate another person; submit malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or operation; scrape or harvest data at scale without permission; send spam; test vulnerabilities without authorisation; misrepresent Solontio content; or use automated systems in a manner that creates unreasonable load or risk. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe use is unlawful, harmful or inconsistent with these Terms.

12.0 Enquiries, submissions and confidentiality

Information submitted through public forms is not treated as confidential unless Solontio has agreed otherwise in writing. Do not submit confidential business information, identity documents, health information, payment data or other sensitive material through public forms. Solontio may use information submitted to assess and respond to the enquiry in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If confidential exchange is required, request an NDA and secure channel before sending the material.

13.0 Third-party links, tools and content

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, publications, social networks or service providers. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement. Solontio does not control third-party content, availability, security, privacy or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.

14.0 Solontio Wellness and future transactional features

SolontioWellness is being developed as a separate microsite and planned subsidiary initiative. Information about wellness, nutraceuticals, products or services is for general awareness and market-development purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. Before any product catalogue, account, order, payment, subscription, delivery, return or other transaction is enabled, separate commerce terms, product information, disclaimers, eligibility rules and policies will apply. No website statement should be treated as medical advice or a guarantee of results.

15.0 Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Solontio disclaims warranties or representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security or freedom from harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16.0 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solontio and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advisers and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill arising from use of—or inability to use—the website or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17.0 Privacy, cookies and changes to these Terms

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie and similar-technology choices are described in the cookie notice or consent tool. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18.0 Governing law, severability and contact

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to website use. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
