Introduction

Last updated: 05th August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solontio collects, uses, discloses, transfers, retains and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to insights, participate in events or programmes, apply for a role, engage with us professionally, or otherwise interact with us.

Who we are and who is responsible

Solontio Pte. Ltd. is established in Singapore. Solontio may operate through affiliates, including Solontio India Private Limited, and may develop related initiatives such as SolontioWellness. The entity responsible for personal data depends on the context of your interaction and any contract or notice provided to you. For website privacy questions and rights requests, contact info@solontio.com.

Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal data processed through the Solontio website and related business interactions. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies. Separate notices may apply to employees, contractors, event participants, programme participants, customers, suppliers or future SolontioWellness transactions where additional data is required.

Personal data we may collect

Depending on your interaction, we may collect: identity and contact details such as name, work email, telephone number, country and preferred contact method; professional and business information such as organisation, role, sector and areas of interest; enquiry and relationship information such as messages, meeting notes, proposals and correspondence; event, workshop or programme registration and participation information; subscription and marketing preferences; recruitment information submitted for a role; website, device, log, cookie and analytics information such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, referral source and interaction events; and information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive information through public forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

How we collect personal data

We may collect personal data directly from you; from your organisation or colleagues; through website forms, email, meetings, events, programmes and professional interactions; from business partners or event organisers where permitted; from public professional sources such as company websites and professional networks; and automatically through cookies, logs and similar technologies, subject to applicable choices and law.

How and why we use personal data

We may use personal data to respond to enquiries and identify the relevant Solontio capability; communicate and manage business relationships; prepare proposals and deliver agreed services, programmes, events or training; manage subscriptions and send selected insights where permitted; operate, secure, maintain and improve the website; understand aggregate website use and content relevance; manage recruitment; comply with law, professional obligations and internal governance; prevent misuse, fraud or security incidents; establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and evaluate or complete a corporate transaction. We do not use personal data for materially different purposes without an appropriate basis or notice.

Basis for processing and consent

The legal basis or permitted ground for using personal data depends on the applicable law and context. It may include your consent; steps requested before entering a contract; performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; protection of legitimate business, security or professional interests where permitted and balanced against individual rights; and other grounds or exceptions available under applicable law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it, subject to legal and operational consequences explained at the time.

Marketing and communications

We may send business communications or selected Solontio insights where you have requested them or where otherwise permitted. Marketing consent is separate from consent to respond to a business enquiry. You can unsubscribe through the link in a message or contact us. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we can honour an opt-out.

Who we may share personal data with

We may share personal data with Solontio affiliates and authorised team members; advisers, consultants and contractors supporting an engagement; hosting, cloud, security, CRM, analytics, email, event, collaboration and other service providers; professional advisers, auditors, insurers and banks; regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where required or permitted; and parties involved in a potential or completed financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of business. Recipients should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security or legal obligations.

Sale of personal data

Solontio does not sell or rent personal data for third-party advertising. If a future service introduces a practice that is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under an applicable law, Solontio will provide the notice and choices required by that law before the practice begins.

International transfers

Solontio operates across countries and may use service providers or team members located outside the country where information was collected. When personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to use lawful transfer mechanisms, contractual protections and security measures designed to provide a level of protection consistent with applicable requirements. Specific locations and safeguards should be confirmed against the final technology and service-provider inventory.

Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for security, navigation, forms and core functionality. Subject to the tools selected and applicable law, it may also use analytics or marketing technologies to understand use and improve content. Where required, non-essential technologies will be controlled through a cookie banner or preference centre. You can also adjust browser settings, although blocking some technologies may affect functionality. The final cookie categories, providers, durations and purposes must reflect the deployed website.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, secure configuration, backups, monitoring, staff responsibilities and vendor oversight. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If an incident occurs, we will assess and respond in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including relationship management, services, subscriptions, recruitment, security, recordkeeping, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Retention periods depend on the category, context, risk and law. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until normal rotation, where they are not used for ordinary business purposes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction; withdraw consent; object to certain use; change marketing preferences; request information about use or disclosure; request portability where applicable; or complain to a relevant authority. Rights are not absolute and may be limited by legal, security, confidentiality, privilege, recordkeeping or other permitted grounds. Use the Data Rights & Deletion page or contact info@solontio.com. We may need to verify identity or authority before acting.

Children and sensitive information

The general Solontio website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal data through general website forms. SolontioWellness or future programmes must introduce age-appropriate notices, consent and controls before offering any feature directed to children or requiring health-related or other sensitive information.

The website may link to third-party sites whose privacy practices are not controlled by Solontio. Review their policies before providing information. We may update this Policy when our website, services, technology, law or practices change. The updated date will appear at the top.
